You should definitely be able to fly in TW unless they changed it O.o

you can fly in pw , i used to be a flying cata support in real pw , hunt down OP targets on my wing xD

Ya in the orinigal version they made it possible to fly but as u may imagine flying would to a bit unbalanced here considering how many archers there are lol. You are already getting attacked from every angle, including air would be a bit tedious. Btw i already tried to fly inside
